RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Cedar Club order. Because many of our pieces are created or personalized especially for you, our return policy differs between personalized and non-personalized items.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS

All personalized, customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, sizing selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colours, sizes, and personalization details before placing your order.

If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or different from the personalization submitted with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so we can assess the issue.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

CANCELLATIONS

Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that personalized orders can be changed or cancelled once submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Canadian or Ontario consumer protection law.
